Our Mission Adaptive Compliant Wing has generated a lot of interest from the popular press. Some articles about it are:

• Professional Pilot Magazine discusses how FlexSys-designed shape-changing rotor blades will improve helicopter performance in their February 2007 on-line edition.
• Aviation Week & Space Technology visited Scaled Composites to ride along in the White Knight and try out our wing. They wrote about it in the November 27, 2006 edition.
• The New York Times published a graphic describing the advantages of compliant wings in November, 2006.
• Aerospace America published an article we wrote about flexible wings in September, 2006.
• The Ann Arbor News covered our wing after wind tunnel testing was comleted, in July, 2006.
• The Ann Arbor Business Review was quite interested in our wing, July 2006.
• The Dayton Daily News wrote about our wing while it was at the wind tunnel at Wright-Patterson AFB in June, 2006.
